As a resident of a boarding facility, you have the right to:
- Privacy
- A safe and decent living environment
- Religious freedom
- Unrestricted communication
- Have your own doctor whom you pay
- Not have to perform services, unless you volunteer to help
- To make a complaint of unfair treatment without someone taking an action against you because of the complaint
