If your confirmation number starts with 22, your online application was not sent to our agency. Please contact the State at 1-800-701-0710 for help with your application.
You can apply directly through our agency by calling (609) 989-4320 or emailing [email protected]. If you need a paper application, we can email or mail one to you. We can also schedule an in-person appointment to help you apply for Medicaid benefits.
