WorkWell offers a FREE training program to help you:

  • Gain long-term employment and life stability
  • Create new goals for your life
  • Get a photo ID and Social Security card
  • Address your barriers to housing, healthcare, and other life issues

WorkWell provides:

  • Free 4-week training
  • Hours M-Th 9-3, F 9-12
  • A weekly stipend of $100
  • Transportation assistance
  • Free lunch
  • Social service resources

Check List for Trainees Seeking WorkWell’s Job Training

Check List

  • Been incarcerated
  • Education level: 9th grade reading level
  • At least 6 months clean from any substance
  • Housed
  • Available 9am to 3pm Monday - Friday for 4 weeks
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 - first shot by the start of training

Process for Application to WorkWell Program

  • Pre-acceptance phone call interview
  • Complete application over the phone
  • Second interview or referral
  • Acceptance call
